It is only for those who want to get carried away and take a tour whose starting in the town famous for its Torrontés wine: Cafayate; and the most beautiful of all cities: Salta.

This tour has a little over 300 kilometers and as a starting point the town of Cafayate. You can make several stops to meet various colonial towns, such as Santa Rosa, Mills, Seclantás and the town of Cachi.
This trip aims to trace the Quebrada de las Flechas and surprising ways of Righteous Tin Tin and the Cuesta del Obispo.

One of the first questions that arise when making a cruise is the state of the roads ... Some of them are asphalt in good condition and others on gravel but in good condition.
Another issue is what time of year to make this journey ... Ideally, during the months of September, October and November. It is not advisable in summer due to high temperatures.
The trip can be done with the times you want, but is best to assign it an average of seven to ten days.
There are several lodges to go stopping and campsites, some of them have proveedurías

If the idea is to camp should bring everything to it: sleeping bags, insulating, flashlight, heater for cooking, helmet, trunk and of course a bike in good condition.
We recommend bringing clothes for low temperatures, we must not forget that the North of Argentina is an area with a large temperature range.
It is essential not to forget the sunscreen, walking shoes, insect repellent, hat and sunglasses. It is also advisable to prepar a first-aid kit, just in case.
We recommend that rather than make the journey loaded with food, use the occasion to taste the typical food of the region: empanadas, locro and tamales. Of course some snack to eat between meals can be as cereal bars, dried fruit or fresh fruit.

We hope you enjoy an excellent journey through our beloved northern Argentina.
